For Sale By Owner Closing
Friday the 6th of November Taos Home and Land closed another For Sale By Owner (FSBO). We are breaking new ground in the FSBO market. We love bringing Sellers and Buyers together in a real estate transaction. We are finding that both parties have similar motivations in real estate transactions. Sellers want to sell and convey their property to Buyers and Buyers want to buy and have the Sellers convey all their knowledge about the property. In our experience in this market bringing both parties to the negotiating table and keeping both parties up to date on the closing process keeps the transaction moving smoothly and closing on time. In all my FSBO transactions the transactions actually closed early!
