Anatomy of a Real Estate Deal
Well this deal has "gone south". We terminated it today and dispersed the earnest money to the buyers. If you are selling your home and have no idea what to price it at then get an appraisal and sell it for appraised value. If you are buying a house get comparisons of similar property sales in the last 3 months to make sure you are offering current market prices for the dream house of yours.
Now we are on to the next property, which we have located. It is a for sale by owner, which can be tricky. I will keep you all up to date on the results of this one. This last deal was very tiresome and stressful. I am hoping this next one will be much easier. More to come.
